Matador Jobs helps Bullhorn customers to integrate the tools and data they have at Bullhorn into their WordPress powered sites. Matador Jobs is the only WordPress/Bullhorn solution that is a Validated Marketplace Partner with Bullhorn. Matador Jobs uses the Bullhorn REST API to make copies (as native custom posts) of jobs and categories you create in the Bullhorn CMS and then provides templates and short codes to display them.
Matador first saves the application in WordPress and then pushes it to the Bullhorn CMS. This allows them to manage API failures, reducing the likelihood of missing a candidate. When installed on a site with WP Job Manager, the plugin syncs the same custom post type as WP Job Manager so your Bullhorn-created jobs seamlessly appear in WP Job Manager.
Site visitors can search jobs by title, job description, salary, category, industry, city, state or province, and more. Users can narrow found jobs by any enabled category. Each job has a unique URL, and each job page is structured to give search engines the most information to help your job seekers find your job offerings. When your applicants apply, their data is added to Bullhorn as a new applicant. When they apply to specific jobs, they’ll be added to that job’s record as a respondent.
