Back Office Staffing Solutions (BOSS) is a provider of Employer of Record (EOR) back-office solutions for the contract and temporary staffing industry. Employer of Record or ASO, with or without funding, BOSS partners with you as you evolve.
An employer of Record, also known as an “EOR”, acts as the legal employer of a temporary worker, while you place your candidate on an assignment. This is for all legal purposes, as well as including tax, Administrative, and Personnel related items. An EOR will handle traditional functions that any employer would, including but not limited to: Processing timesheets, running payroll, I-9, W-2, benefits onboarding, and the like.
BOSS will pay for a designer to produce your branding assets for free. Not only do they customize your portal and invoices with only your logo, but BOSS will produce for you all of your client and candidate collateral and much more. All branding is done by a marketing specialist who will design and produce your content to your review and satisfaction. This is not a do-it yourself platform.
Rather than having to upload the logo, brand guidelines, reference files each time with a request, you can build out the brand profiles for each of the separate brands you work with. Then when submitting a request, it’s as simple as selecting the brand you are requesting a design for, so the designer right away has all information needed to stay within the brand guidelines.
